Q: What is included in the rent?
A: Free private off-street parking & additional storage space
Q: Are utilities included in our rent?
A: Once you sign a lease on an apartment, it is your responsibility to set up and pay for the utilities. This is handled between the roommates and the utility companies.
· An average for electricity is $80-$125 for the apartment.
· An average for the water is $80 for the apartment.
· An average for internet is $12-$15 per person.
· An average for cable will vary based on the package you select.
Q: How do I apply with my roommates?
A: If an apartment is available for application online, you can continue to apply for that apartment home. If you initiate the application, you will continue to a section where you can add additional applicants. Please provide their name, phone number, and email in this area. After you finish your portion of the application and sign, then the next person will be sent an application link to their email to begin their application.
Q: I am ready to sign the lease. What do I do?
A: The lease will be sent to you via email for electronic signature.
Q: Am I required to have a Guarantor/Co-Signer apply with me?
A: We do not require our residents to apply with a co-signer.
Q: Do I need to get renter's insurance?
A: Yes, all residents are required to obtain and provide the leasing office with a copy of the Declaration Page of their insurance policy for the apartment. The policy needs to have at least a $100,000 personal liability with The pavilions listed as the additional interest.
Q: Does the leasing office help me find roommates?
A: We do not offer roommate matching services. If a resident would like to have roommates, it is the resident's responsibility to find them.
Q: When is rent due and is there a late fee?
A: Rent is due on the 1st and residents have until the 5th to pay. Rent is considered late on the 6th, and the late fee is 10% of what is owed.
Q: Are the apartments furnished?
A: No, the apartments do not come furnished.
